Approval Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund if it meets our conditions.
Processing time: up to 14 days from receipt of returned item.

Refund Delivery

Funds will be returned to the original method of payment.
Banks or payment processors may require 2–4 additional business days to finalize the transfer.

Important to Note

• Initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
• Return shipping costs may be deducted from the total refund amount unless the return was caused by an error on our part.
